At Dovecott Joinery we are experienced at making and installing oak framed carports, conservatories & porches. Air-dried European Oak is a popular choice of wood for carports, conservatories & porches.

A carport has a number of open sides and requires pad foundations providing a lower cost alternative to a garage or outbuilding which require more substantial foundations. They’re ideal if you don’t want a fully enclosed structure.

Our oak porches and conservatories (or orangeries) make a stunning addition to your home. Typically these are timber framed with a glass roof and sides. They can replace existing conservatories or be a new addition, providing additional space for you and your family.

All of our oak structures are fully bespoke and designed to your specific requirements so they meet your individual needs.

Dovecott Joinery is a family run business, the company is run by Steve and his son Josh. Bringing 45 years experience in the carpentry/joinery sector. Both City & Guilds qualified.
With their team at Dovecott they strive to give a high quality of workmanship in the workshop and at your home with the goal of excellent customer service.
All our products are tradionally made in our own workshop and customers are invited to visit to see their product during the manufacturing process.
